Presenters must be at their posters during their Poster Presenter Times. Presenters are also asked to stand by their poster during the morning and afternoon networking breaks on the day of their Poster Session to informally answer questions from Congress Delegates.

Poster Number: This number will be displayed on your poster board, please affix your poster under your number displayed. Please be aware that you will be sharing an 8’wide poster board, so please affix your posters as close to the end as possible.
It is possible to print and collect your poster onsite at the Sheraton Center. The cost will be approximately $78.00 CAD plus tax. FedEx can print on a 24 hour basis.

UPDATE: While we are publishing most abstracts on June 20 please refrain from sending out a news release or holding a press conference on the data contained in any abstracts until the date of the presentation at the 14th International Congress on Neuromuscular Diseases. Any entity may send out a release previewing the data and to announce its pending release at the ICNMD2016 Conference. ICNMD is withholding information for certain abstracts included in our press program. That information is forthcoming.
