Housing-BureauThe Congress Secretariat (International Conference Services Ltd.) is the official housing bureau for the ICNMD 2016 Congress and will offer assistance with the coordination of housing requirements for the Congress. Special room rates have been negotiated at the Congress hotel, the Sheraton Centre Toronto Hotel and will be available to Congress delegates only.

The success of ICNMD 2016 depends on delegates, sponsors and exhibitors using the official Congress hotel by booking through the official housing bureau. ICNMD 2016 cannot meet contracted room obligations if delegates reserve rooms outside the official hotel. Rooms that are not filled because of that create an expense for the Congress in the form of financial penalties (attrition fees) and place the financial success of the Congress at risk, which increases with each delegate who stays outside the Congress hotel or books the hotel through channels other than the official housing bureau.

    WARNING:  Housing Piracy
Please be aware that you may receive phone calls or emails from organizations who will claim to be calling on behalf of ICNMD 2016 and will offer discounted hotel rates to Congress delegates in Toronto, Canada. They will request a contract and payment information from you to take advantage of their alleged discounts.

These companies are NOT affiliated with the Congress and you should not, under any circumstances, provide them with your payment information.
